Our Technology

Engineered for Performance

From aerospace-inspired multilayer sputtering to patented hot-melt optical film, our advanced window film technologies deliver superior heat rejection, UV protection and clarity — without compromising signal integrity or aesthetics.

Advanced Coating

Multilayer Sputter Film

Multilayer sputtered film uses a high-tech process to apply ultra-thin layers of precious metals (silver, stainless steel, titanium, indium) onto a clear film, creating a spectrally selective barrier that reflects heat and UV rays while allowing visible light to pass through — keeping interiors cool without darkening the windows or interfering with signals.

How the Sputtering Process Works

  • Material Preparation: A clear polyester film is used as the base.
  • Vacuum Chamber: Film enters a vacuum chamber where all air is removed.
  • Bombardment: Durable metals are bombarded with high-energy positive ions.
  • Atom Deposition: Metal atoms deposit as an even nanometer-thin layer.
  • Multilayering: Repeated up to 12 layers for a spectrally selective coating.

Key Benefits

  • Spectrally Selective — targets specific wavelengths of sunlight.
  • Signal Friendly — does not block GPS, cell or radio signals.
  • No Heat Absorption — reflects heat instead of absorbing it.
Precision Sputtering

Magnetron Sputter Film

Manufactured on a state-of-the-art rotatable 5-chamber sputter machine, our magnetron sputtering film deposits 3 consecutive layers of oxide, a seed/silver/blocking layer combination, and another 3 layers of oxide — 9 layers in total — for optimal solar control, high IR rejection and low color shift, without interfering with electronic signals.

LowColor Shift

How It Works

  • Vacuum Chamber — the process occurs in a vacuum.
  • Ion Bombardment — high-energy particles bombard a target alloy.
  • Atomic Deposition — atoms are ejected onto a polyester film substrate.
  • Layered Structure — multiple functional layers built up with different alloys.

Key Features

  • High Heat Rejection — blocks significant solar heat.
  • Clarity & Aesthetics — subdued reflectivity and minimal color shift.
  • Durability — anti-scratch coating and corrosion resistance.
Nanoparticle Science

Nano Technology Film

Nanotechnology describes materials 100 nanometers or less in size. Substances like titanium, titanium nitride, ceramic and carbon are broken down into nano-sized particles and layered onto a polyester base — manipulating the solar spectrum to block heat in one of the most effective ways possible.

How Nanotechnology Works

Engineered nanoparticles (one-billionth of a meter) identify and absorb vast amounts of infrared heat and nearly all UV radiation while allowing visible light through — giving nano-ceramic film its spectrally selective ranking.

Key Benefits

  • Superior Heat Rejection — ceramic particles block infrared efficiently.
  • Durability & Clarity — scratch-resistant with excellent visibility.
  • Spectrally Selective — lets in visible light while blocking heat.
Mirror Reflection

Metalized Film

Metallized window film embeds microscopic metal particles (aluminum, nickel) into layers of polyester film, creating a mirror-like effect that reflects solar heat, UV rays and glare — keeping interiors cooler and protected while adding durability and privacy.

Key Components & Process

  • Multi-Layer Construction — adhesive, PET base, metal layer, scratch-resistant topcoat.
  • Metalized Layer — metals applied via vapor deposition or sputtering.
  • Heat & Light Control — reflects rather than absorbs solar energy.

How It Functions

  • Glare Reduction — improves comfort for screens and driving.
  • Privacy & Security — one-way mirror effect with minor shatter resistance.
